Strata Management System or (MyStrata) is a system developed specifically to facilitate the the management of a stratified buildings by Joint Management Body (JMB). Management tasks such as Accounts & Community Management, Building Management, Building Maintenance and Owner & Tenant management are simplified using this system.

MyStrata provides a direct communication between Residents, Management and Building Commissioners to review payments and outstanding bills, booking facility facilities, complaints & comments and more in one system.
